These Agitating Hot Melt Cookers use Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) to heat the air between the cylinder jackets, indirectly melting block of Hot Melt material ready for installation. In accordance with the LRWA Hot Melt Code of Best Practice, these Hot Melt Cookers provide agitation (oscillation) of the molten hot melt to eliminate separation of the Hot Melt waterproofing materials. A 110v power supply will also be required, within 20m of the Agitating Hot Melt Cooker, to power the electric motor that operates the agitator blades.
ELECTRICALLY
HEATED
These Agitating Hot Melt Cookers are Gas Free and require a 3 Phase 415 volt power supply to power the indirect heating elements and electric motor. In accordance with the LRWA Hot Melt Code of Best Practice, these Hot Melt Cookers provide agitation (oscillation) of the molten hot melt to eliminate separation of the Hot Melt waterproofing materials. Each machine is fitted with an appropriate Residual Current Device (RCD) to prevent electrocution.
